DocCharConvert is a tool to convert between one character encoding and another using either TecKIT or its own converter defined in xml.

The GUI for DocCharConvert is based on Eclipse SWT. You can either just download the installer for windows, or if you have Eclipse already installed you can copy org.thanlwinsoft.doccharconvert_1.0.2.jar into your Eclipse plugins directory.

• Download the converters and unzip on your computer.
• Open Eclipse and from the menu choose Window->Preferences, and then open the DocCharConvert page and browse to the converter directory where you extracted the converters.
• Click on the icon to start the conversion wizard.
